高压氧在老年糖尿病性脑梗死治疗中的价值

摘    要:目的观察高压氧对老年糖尿病性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将我院80例老年糖尿病性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用高压氧治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);两组神经功能缺损评分均有显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组下降幅度更大(P<0.05);两组患者红细胞比容(Hct)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病性脑梗死在常规西医治疗的基础上,加用高压氧治疗可明显改善患者预后,提高疗效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on elderly diabetic cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were divided into trial group and control group at random.The control group was treated with conventional medical treatment,and the trial group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in addition to the treatment used in the control group.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the trial group was 92.5%,significantly higher than that(80.0%) of the control group(P < 0.05);although there were significant decreases in neurological deficit score in both the groups when compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),the score was more significantly reduced in the trial group than in the control group(P < 0.05);levels of hematocrit(Hct) and fibrinogen(FIB) were significantly reduced in both the groups when compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional medical treatment,hyperbaric oxygen therapy helps to significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy in elderly diabetic patients complicated with cerebral infarction.
