2013年洛阳市涧西区旅店业公共用品(具)卫生监测分析

目的了解洛阳市涧西区旅店业公共用品用具的消毒状况,防止传染病的发生和流行。方法按照《公共场所卫生标准监测技术规范》和《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》要求进行采样检验,并对结果进行统计分析。结果共检测辖区内旅店业63家,各类公共用品用具746份,合格680份,合格率为91.20%。不同档次的旅店业消毒效果之间的差异有统计学意义(x2=35.163,P<0.05),低档次旅店业公共用品的检测合格率仅为83.70%,明显低于高档次旅店业;毛巾合格率最高(94.10%),公用拖鞋合格率最低(75.00%),不同种类间合格率差异有统计学意义(x2=53.265,P<0.05)。对120名从业人员进行卫生知识考核,考核良好者所占比例在高、中、低档旅店间差异有统计学意义(x2=25.113,P<0.05)。结论涧西区旅店业公共用品用具总体消毒效果较好,但仍需加强对低档次旅店业的监督监测,督促企业自律,提高经营者的守法意识和卫生管理水平,以保障人民群众的身体健康。

Analysis of results of health monitoring of public articles in hotels in Jianxi District of Luoyang City

Objective To understand the disinfection status of public articles in hotels in Jianxi District of Luoyang City,improve the health management level,and prevent the spread of infections diseases.Methods The sampling and detection were conducted according to the requirements of the Technical Rules of Health Monitoring for Public Places and the Standard Examination Methods for Public Places. The results were analyzed statistically.Results 63 hotels and 746 public articles samples in Jianxi District were tested,and 680 samples were qualified with the qualified rate of 91.2%. The difference in disinfection effect between different grades of hotels was statistically significant（x2=35.163,P〈0.05）,and the qualified rate of public articles in low level hotels（ 83.70 % ）was significantly lower than that in tom grade hotels. The qualified rate of towels （94.14 % ） was the highest, that of public slippers （75.00 %） was the lowest,and there was significant difference in qualified rate among different types of articles （x2=53.265,P〈0.05） The health knowledge examination was conductedin 120 employees, and there was significant difference in proportion of employees with high scores among high,middle and low grade hotels （x2=25.113,P〈0.05 ）o Conclusion The disinfection effect of public articles in hotels in Jianxi District is good.However,in order to en- sure public health,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and monitoring in low level hotels,encourage self-discipline to improve the legal awareness and heath management level of hotel managers.
