2010-2012年岳阳市中小学学生健康状况趋势分析

目的对2010-2012年岳阳市区中小学生健康体检结果分析,了解学生身体健康状况及变化趋势,为开展学生防病工作提出指导意见。方法收集2010-2012年岳阳市区在校中小学生155 761名健康体检资料,对学生龋齿、肥胖和近视患病情况进行统计分析。结果 2010-2012年岳阳市中小学生龋齿患病率呈逐年下降趋势;肥胖患病率3年间呈上升趋势,而小学、初中、高中3学段呈明显下降趋势;近视患病率呈逐年上升趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强学生龋齿、肥胖和近视等方面防治工作,并针对性地提出健康干预措施和加强健康教育。

Analysis for health status of primary and middle school students in Yueyang city

Objective Through the analysis for three consecutive years physical examination results of primary and middle school student＇s during 2010 to 2012 in Yueyang city, to study the prevalence and change tendency, and to provide reference for the prevention. Methods Collecting three consecutive years health examination data of 155 761 primary and middle school students during 2010 to 2012 in Yueyang city, and carried out statistical analysis for the prevalence of students dental caries, obesity, myopia. Results Among primary and middle school students in Yueyang city, caries prevalence was downgrade year by year; obesity prevalence raised during 2010 to 2012, but the elementary school, junior high school, high school period appeared an obvious downward trend; myopia prevalence was upgrade year by year, differences are statistically significant （P〈 0.01）. Conclusions According to the three consecutive years prevalence and tendency of Yueyang city students, to strengthen the prevention and control work of students＇ caries, obesity and myopia, to put forward health interventions and to enhance health education.
