益气生骨冲剂对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响

摘    要:目的探讨益气生骨冲剂对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成的影响。方法取9日鸡胚24枚建立CAM模型,随机分为实验组和空白组,每组12枚。实验组加药益气生骨冲剂于无血管区的载体上,空白组加生理盐水。每日上下午各加药1次。3d后检测CAM载体周围1.5cm的血管数目。结果实验组小血管数目和血管总数均多于空白组,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论益气生骨冲剂可以促进血管内皮生长因子及其受体表达,促进血管内皮细胞的增殖可能是促进血管生成的原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the impacts of Yi Qi Sheng Gu Chong Ji on angiogenesis of chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane(CAM).Methods CAM models were established with 24 chick embryos of 9 days and were randomized into experimental group and blank group,12 chick embryos in each one.In experimental group,Yi Qi Sheng Gu Chong Ji was added on non-vessel carriers,and in blank group,normal saline solution was added,administered once in every morning and afternoon respectively per day.3 days later,the vessel numbers were detected in CAM carrier of 1.5 cm area around.Results The number of little blood vessels and the total number of blood vessels in experimental group were more than those in blank group,indicating significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Yi Qi Sheng Gu Chong Ji promotes the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and its expression.The enhanced proliferation of vascular endothelial cell is probably one of the reasons for angiogenesis promotion.
