泵注低浓度利多卡因抑制拔管循环反应的临床观察

目的观察利多卡因低浓度静脉泵注用于抑制术后气管拔管抑制引起的循环心血管反应的疗效，探讨其临床应用的可行性。方法将50名ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级病人随机分为利多卡因组（L组，n=25）和对照组（N组，n=25），手术结束前30～40min停止麻醉，L组以1．5mg／（kg·h）速度泵注0．5％盐酸利多卡因，N组以同样速度泵注生理盐水术毕时结束泵注，分别观察记录手术前、拔管即刻、拔管后3min三个时刻病人MAP、HR变化。结果利多卡因组MAP、HR在拔管即刻、拔管3min明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），在拔管3min时尤为显著。结论低浓度利多卡因能抑制拔管引起的心血管循环反应。

Clinical Observation of Low Concentrations of Lidocaine Injection Pump for the Suppression of the Reaction Cycle Extubation

Objective To observe the effect of low concentration of Lidocaine for intravenous injection pump inhibition after tracheal extubation inhibit cardiovascular response from the cycle of the effect on the feasibility of its clinical application. Methods 50 ASAⅠ - Ⅱ-class patients were randomly divided into Lidocaine group（L group, n = 25 ） and the control group（ N group, n = 25 ）, surgery before the end of 30 40 minutes to stop narcotic,L group pumped 0.5% Lidocaine hydrochloride at 1.Smg/（kg＇h） speed injection, N group at the same rate of infusion of saline injection pump completed at the end, MAP, HR changes were observed before the surgery, extubation instantly, extubation after 3 min patients three times. Results Lidocaine group MAP,HR in extubation instantly,3 min extubation was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）, in 3 min extubation at significantly. Conclusion Low concentration of Lidocaine can inhibit extubation caused by cardiovascular cycle of reaction.
