某部新兵心理健康状况调查

目的了解某部新兵的心理健康状况，为有效实施新兵心理健康教育和心理干预提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表对735名新兵进行测试，并与军人常模和地方常模进行对比分析。结果新兵症状自评量表各因子分均显著低于军队常模（P均〈0．01）；躯体化因子分显著高于地方常模（P〈0．05），人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执因子分均显著低于地方常模（P〈0．01～0．05），其余各因子均无显著性差异；女兵恐怖因子分显著高于男兵（P〈0．05）。结论该部新兵总的心理健康水平较好，女兵的心理健康状况较男兵稍差。

Investigations on Mental Health Status in Recruits of a Certain Unit

Objective To understand the mental health status in recruits of a certain unit of the PLA in order to provide a scientific basis for mental health education and psychological intervention.Methods Tests were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)in 735 recruits and compared with soldier and local norm.Results Every factor score of SCL-90 of recruits was significantly lower than that of soldier norm(all P<0.01),somatization score was significantly higher(P<0.05) and scores of interpersonal sensitiveity depression,hostility and paranoia were lower(P<0.01~0.05) than local norm,and there was no significant difference in other factor score;phobia scores of female were significantly higher than those of male soldiers(P<0.05).Conclusion General mental health levels of the recruits of the unit are better and mental health status of the female slightly poorer than those of the male soldiers.
