中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕37例

观察中西医结合治疗椎－基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。67例椎－基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组30例。对照组单用尼莫地平治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用中药和高压氧治疗，疗程20天。观察治疗前后血液流变学、椎－基底动脉收缩末期最大流速（Vp)、脉动指数等指标的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率89．19％），对照组总有效率66．67％（P＜0．05）。治疗组在改善眩晕症状，提高脑部血流速度、降低血液黏性等指标方面均较对照组为优（P＜0．01）。提示中西医结合治疗比单纯西药为优。

Combined Chinese and Western Medicine for Vertebrobasilar Ischemia Vertigo in 37 Cases

To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia vertigo,67 cases were randomized into treatment group in which 37 cases were treated by the Chinese medicines,Nimoldipine and hyperbaric oxygen,and control group in which 30 cases were treated by Nimoldipine.They were both treated for 20 days.The blood rheology,end systolic maximal speed of vertebrobasilar artery and pulsating index were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 89 19% in treatment group and 66 67% in control group,P<0 05;the vertigo,brain blood flow and blood viscosity were improved more in treatment group than in control group,P<0 01.
