| Abstract: | The synthesis of phenothiazine and anthraquinone derivatives, bearing at least one fragment present in lotifazole, is reported. Some of the new compounds showed antitumor activity in vitro (P388 leukemia cells) and in vivo (Ehrlich ascites tumor cells in mice). |
