弹性人工牙龈模型在口腔修复学临床前期教学中的应用

摘    要:以往口腔医学生临床前期实习使用模型的牙龈部分用无弹性的石膏制作,不能很好地模拟患者口腔内的真实情况,影响了学生对口腔修复学理论的理解和基本技能的训练,是教学中一个亟待解决的难题。采用弹性人工牙龈材料改进了实习模型,解决了这个问题,有效地提高了学生的实际操作能力。此方法对口腔修复学及其他口腔修复学科实习教学均有帮助,值得推广。

Abstract:Gingival part of the models used in preclinical teaching program of prosthodontics was made of gypsum that is very difficult to imitate patients' actual oral status. It should be solved imminently for improving the teaching effects. Therefore, one kind of elastic artificial gingival material was introduced into this teaching program so as to simulate the characteristics of the gingivae in the hard gypsum models. Through this gingival simulation, dental students can practice gingival displacement, marginal preparation, and other techniques as real as possible. Therefore, this elastic artificial gingival model is very beneficial to achieve an excellent teaching effect in the preclinical teaching program of prosthodontics. Besides its use in prosthodontics, this gingival model is also suitable for teaching programs of other dental disciplines that is associated with the gingival or subgingival treatment. Because this gingival model is easy to prepare and made, it should be widely used in the preclinical teaching programs in proshotontics and others. It is worthwhile to popularize this use all over the country.
