| 摘 要： | 患儿女性,2岁8个月。全身皮肤变硬、双手指结节1年余。结合临床表现以及实验室检查确诊为儿童系统性硬皮病。予激素、复方甘草酸苷、青霉素、扩管药物及中草药治疗,取得一定的疗效。

| Abstract: | A two years and eight months old female patent presented with more than one-year history of skin tightness and nodules on fingers. The diagnosis of this case was made as Juvenile systemic sclerosis on the basis of her clinical features and laboratory examinations. It is effective to treat with glucocorticoid,compound glycyrrhizin,penicillin and traditional Chinese herbal medicine. |
