| 摘 要： | 对８８例病程５年以上的精神分裂症患者进行了社会功能缺陷量表（ＳＤＳＳ）和大体评定量表（ＧＡＳ）评定。结果发现，已婚者ＳＤＳＳ评分显著低于未婚者（Ｐ＜０．００１）；已婚者ＧＡＳ评分显著高于未婚者（Ｐ＜０．００１）．提示婚姻状况对精神分裂症患者的预后有一定影响，即已婚的精神分裂症患者预后较未婚者好。本文对婚姻状况与精神分裂症预后的关系进行了简要讨论。

| Abstract: | t elaborates the significance and necessity fordeveloping the Case Computer Management of In-formantion System (CCMIS) , the setting processof system model , the running environment of soft-ware and its service function. After three vears ofrunning, the results showed that this software hadgood university, reasonable structure, completefunction, fast speed of retrieval and high availiabili-ty of information. |
