早期使用抗生素治疗疖肿的护肤效果观察

目的:观察早期使用抗生素治疗疖的护肤效果.方法:外涂夫西地酸乳膏,静点头孢唑啉钠,波动者加穿刺抽脓,治疗期(5~10)天.结果:早期68处无波动皮损皮肤恢复完整,皮肤完好率100%;晚期76处有波动及化脓破溃皮损中15处皮肤恢复完整,18处由于脓栓留芝麻大小凹陷,43处留稍大不平凹陷(深度小于1mm)其中31处留少许瘢痕,皮肤完好率19.7%,两者皮肤完好率相比,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01).结论:早期内用抗生素治疗疖具有保护皮肤完整性的效果.

Skin-protection Observation of Antibiotics in the Early Treatment of Furunele

Objective:To observe the effect of maintaining skin integrity through early internally use antibiotic treatment to Furuncle.Methods:Painted Fusidic acid cream,plus with Cefazolin Sodium,intravenous drip,the fluctuating ones should use needles pumped the pus,treatment period of(5～10) days.Results:Early 68 non-fluctuating skin lesions returned to normal,intact rate was 100%;15 of late 76 fluctuating and purulent ruptured ones returned to normal,too,18 ones left sesame SAG because of the pus suppository and 43 ones left slightly uneven SAG(31 rupturable ones left a small scar),the depth was less than 1mm,intact rate was 19.7%.Intact rate compared to the two,the difference had a very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Early antibiotic treatment to Furuncle has a protective effect of skin integrity,relatively aesthetic significance.
