B超普通探头引导经皮肝穿刺抽脓治疗细菌性肝脓肿

１９８９年１０月至１９９７年６月我院采用超声普通探头引导下抽吸浓液后注射药物治疗肝脓肿７３例，共９６个病灶，其中单发性脓肿５８例，多发性脓肿１５例，脓肿最大直径１１．６ｃｍ，每次抽脓量最多为２００ｍｌ，治疗次数１￣４次不等。治疗结果：７２例治愈，１例死亡，共行穿刺１３２次，未发生严重并发症。本法具有适应证广，创伤小，副作用少，疗效好，患者经济负担小，易于接受等特点。

MANAGEMENT OF BACTERIAL HEPATIC ABSCESS BY PERCUTANEOUS TRANSHEPATIC ASPIRATION AND DRUGS INJECTION UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF AN ORDINARY SONOGRAPHIC PROBE

From October 1989 to June 1997,a total number of 96 bacterial hepatic abscesses in 73 cases were treated in this hospital with transhepatic aspiration of the encased fluid followed by injection of drugs into abscess lumen,the procedure being complited under the guidance of an ordinary sonographic probe. Among the patients,were 15 cases of multiple abscess and 58 cases of solidary abscess and the diameter of the biggest lesion was 11. 6cm. The largest amount of aspirated fluid in single abscess by one procedure was 200ml. Each abscess was managed 1- 4 times. Results: 72 cases cured and 1 case dead. The above-mentioned treatment was executed 132 times in all,with no serious complications. Effectiveness,wild range of application,minimum trauma and side effects,cost-effectivess,and less consumption by the patients comprise the outstanding characteristics of this method.
