脑血管意外患者医院感染相关危险因素分析

目的 分析脑血管意外患者医院感染危险因素,降低脑血管意外患者的医院感染率.方法 对医院2009年住院的脑血管意外患者进行目标性监测,统计分析医院感染数据及危险因素相关性.结果 共调查脑血管意外患者485例,发生医院感染55例,医院感染率为11.34%;感染61例次,例次感染率为12.58%;感染部位依次为下呼吸道感染占65.57%、上呼吸道感染占22.95%、泌尿系感染占11.48%;住院时间≥14 d,意识不清、合并基础疾病、颅内血肿清除术、留置导尿、气管插管或气管切开是脑血管意外患者医院感染发生的危险因素.结论 脑血管意外患者需要采取多种措施,才能降低医院感染发病率.

Risk Factors of Hospital Infection in Patients with Cerebral Vessel Accidents
