髋臼骨折手术后的康复治疗

目的:对髋臼骨折手术后患者采用功能康复治疗,探讨提高疗效的方法。方法:对64例髋臼骨折手术后患者分期采用不同的康复治疗方法,早期被动活动,主动行肌肉舒缩活动,逐步过渡到负重活动。结果:本组优31例,良26例,一般5例,差2例,优良率89.1%,发生骨性关节炎3例,严重异位骨化3例,深静脉血栓形成1例,坐骨神经损伤1例。结论:髋臼骨折术后进行肢体康复治疗是一种有效的方法。

Convalescent treatment of the patient following surgical treatment of acetabular fractures

Objective:To analyze the results of exercise so as to improve the operative effects of the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods:64 cases of acetabular fractures adopt variety convalescent treatment according patient's characteristics in different periods.Continuous passive motion of the hip and knee joint and the exercise of the muscles of leg started on the first postoperative day.At first the patients were confined to bed,and then partial weight-bearing was recommended.Results:In this study,excellent results were reported in 31 cases,good in 26,fair in 5,and poor in 2,the excellent and good rate was 89.1%.Osteoarthritis occurred in 3 cases,and heterotopic ossification in 3 cases,VET in 1 cases,sciatic nerve injury in 1 case.Conclusion:Exercises can improve the operative effects of the treatment of acetabular fractures.
