体外冲击波碎石结合中药治疗肾下盏结石及护理

目的观察单纯体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)和ESWL结合中药治疗肾下盏结石的治疗效果。方法将选取的本组310例肾下盏结石患者随机分成两组,年龄、性别、结石大小、肾积水等无显著差异,对照组(单纯ESWL治疗)结石≤10mm61例,结石10~23mm92例,治疗组结石≤10mm60例,结石10~23mm97例,两组全部病例均为单发结石。比较两组结石排出时间、排净率、石屑颗粒大小、复碎率、血尿等情况的差异。结果两组在结石排出时间上无明显差异,在结石排净率、复碎率、石屑颗粒大小上有明显的差异,特别是结石横径>10mm者差异更明显。结论肾下盏结石ESWL结合中药治疗及正确的护理指导会达到更好的排石效果,保护冲击波所致的肾损害,特别是体积≥10mm的肾下盏结石治疗。

Treatment and Nursing of Lower Renal Calyceal by Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy with Chinese Herbs

Objective Observe the different effects of the treatment of lower renal calyceal by ESWL and that combines extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy with Chinese Herbs. Methods Divide the selected 310 samples into two groups by random. There is no distinct difference between the age, gender and size of the stone in the two groups Diameter of the 61 stone samples in the compared group （simple ESWL treatment） is less than 10mm and 92 samples are between 10 and 23mm. While 60 samples in the treatment group are less than 10mm and 97samples are between 10 and 23mm.All the samples in the two groups are single stones. Then compare the differences between the stone expulsion time, stone-free rate, size of the stone fragment, re-treatment rate and hematuria in the two groups. Results There is no distinct difference between stone expulsion time of the two groups. But distinct differences exist in stone-free rate. re-treatment rate and the size of stone fragment, especially when the diameter of the stone is more than 10mm. Conclusions Treatment of lower renal calyceal combines extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy with Chinese Herbs with right direct will lead to better effect of stone expulsion. It can also protect it from kidney injury caused by ESWL, especially when the diameter of lower renal calyceal is more than 10mm.
