葛根素治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床观察

目的:观察葛根素注射液治疗不稳定心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法:分别观察葛根素组(30例),对照组(25例)治疗前后的心绞痛发作频率,硝酸甘油用量,静息心电图,血压,心率及心肌耗氧量变化。结果:葛根素组在减少心绞痛发作,降低硝酸甘油用量,改善异常心电图方面优于对照组(P<0.05),心肌耗氧量也明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素治疗UA效果肯定,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。

A clinical observation of puerarin in treatment of unstable angina

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of puerarin in treating the patients with unstable angina (UA). Methods: The frequency of angina attack, dosage of nitrates, rest electrocardiogram (ECG), blood pressure, heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption were observed before and after drug therapy in puerarin group (n = 30) and control group (n = 25) respectively. Results: The puerarin group not only showed more effective than control group in reducing frequency of angina events, dosage of nitrates and improving abnormal electrocardiogram (P<0.05), but also appeared to be preferable to the control group in reducing myocardial oxygen consumption and increasing exercise duration (P<0.05). Conclusions: Puerarin is a safe and effective drug, so that it is worthy of being used widely in the treatment of unstable angina.
