领导生命周期理论在提高手术室护士预防静脉血栓水平中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨领导生命周期理论在提高手术室护士预防静脉血栓(VTE)水平中的应用效果.方法:选取2019年2月—2019年12月本院手术室护士56人作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将护士分为观察组和对照组各28人.对照组护士采用常规培训计划进行干预,观察组护士在此基础上采用基于领导生命周期理论的培训模式进行干预.经过6个月的干预,比较两组护士干预期间所管病人VTE发生率,以及干预前后预防VTE知识问卷得分、护士工作满意度量表(MMSS)得分.结果:观察组护士所管病人VTE发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组护士VTE知识问卷得分均高于干预前,观察组护士VTE知识问卷得分、MMSS得分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于领导生命周期理论的培训模式有利于提高手术室护士预防VTE知识掌握程度,改善护士工作满意度,同时有效降低病人VTE发生率.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the application effect of the situational leadership theory (SLT) in improving the prevention level of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in the operating room of our nurses. Methods: From February 2019 to December 2019,a total of 56 nurses in operating room of our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the nurses were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 28 nurses in each. The nurses in the control group received a routine training plan, and the nurses in observation group received a training model based on SLT. After 6 months of intervention, the incidence of VTE in patients was compared under the supervision of the two groups of nurses during the intervention, the VTE prevention knowledge questionnaire scores before and after the intervention, and the scores of MCCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction scale (MMSS). Results: The incidence of VTE in patients under the supervision of nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of the VTE knowledge questionnaire for nurses in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the VTE knowledge questionnaire scores and MMSS scores of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: The training model based on SLT was beneficial to improve nurses’ knowledge in the operating room to prevent VTE, improve nurses’ job satisfaction, and effectively reduce the incidence of VTE in patients.
