| 摘 要： | 本文应用脉冲多普勒方法测量左房收缩时间间期,结合M、二维超声心动图定量评价24例陈旧性心肌梗塞病人的左房功能。结果显示:陈旧性心梗组左房收缩时间间期各指标与对照组相比有明显差异。左房每搏量、左房射血分数、左房每搏量与左室每搏量之比比对照组明显增加。这些结果提示:心肌梗塞后,左房收缩功能增强,对维持左室充盈量起重要作用,其代偿机理符合Frank·Starling定律。

| Abstract: | In present article pulsed Doppler and left atrial systolic time intervals (ASTI), as well as M-mode, 2-DE were used to assess left atrial function of 24 patients with old myocardial infarction (OMI). The results showed that indexes of ASTI of OMI group were significantly different compared with those of control group. Left atrial stroke volume(ASV), left atrial ejection fraction(AEF) and the ratio of ASV to left ventricular SV (ASV/VSV) of OMI group were more increased than those of control group. The results suggest that after myocardinl infarction, left atrial systolic function strengthens, which is important to keep left ventricular filling. Compensation mechanism of left atrium corresponds to Frank-Starling law. |
