超声引导下穿刺术在妇科盆腔肿块诊断中的应用

本文报告124例妇科盆腔肿块行超声引导下穿刺术。穿刺后诊断与手术、病理检查及随访结果比较,符合率为94％(116/124)。表明本技术对妇科盆腔肿块的定性诊断有肯定的帮助。对盆腔脓肿、内膜囊肿、卵巢冠囊肿等既可帮助诊断又可进行治疗。文中对穿刺术安全性、穿刺途径、穿刺针的选择以及穿刺注药失败和误诊原因等作了分析讨论。

Application of Puncture with B-mode Ultrasonic Wave in Diagnosis of Gynecological Pelvic Masses

Punctures were performed on pelvic masses of 124 gynecological patients. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 94% (116/124) as compared with the immediate postoperative diagnosis, the pathological examination and the results of follow-up survey. Puncture is not only helpful in qualitative diagnosis of gynecological pelvic mass, but also in treatment for several diseases such as pelvic abscess, intimal cyst and parovarian cyst. This paper analysed the puncture safety, the puncture route, the choice of fine needles, the failure in drug-filling and the causes of misdiagnosis.
