二维和多普勒心动图诊断室间隔缺损的比较分析

摘    要:本文报告了近5年来经手术证实的室间隔缺损108例的超声检查结果。二维心动图的阳性率为82.41%,脉冲多普勒为95.37%,而近期作多普勒彩色血流显象的28例全部阳性。认为多普勒彩色血流显象是目前定性诊断室间隔缺损的最佳手段,还可引导脉冲多普勒取样及连续波多普勒以作出室间隔缺损的定量诊断。另外超声对合并畸形的漏诊率较高,须引起重视。

Abstract:This article reported echocardiographic examination of 108 cages of VSD confirmed by surgery in the past five years. The diagnostic rate was 82.41% by two-dimensional echocardiography and 95.34% by pulsed wave Doppler. The detection rate of VSD by CDFI was 100% as investigated in our recent 28 cases. So far it has been-recognized by most authors that CDFI is the most effective method for quantitative diagnosis of VSD. It can also conduct pulsed wave Doppler for sampling and continued wave Doppler for quantitative diagnosis of VSD. However, in case of complicated VSD with other cardiac anomalies, one should pay more attention to make diagnosis.
