| 摘 要： | 目的通过测定4种市售盐酸洛美沙星片剂的溶出度,来考察产品质量.方法按中国药典2000年版采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸洛美沙星片剂溶出度.结果4种市售盐酸洛美沙星片剂均符合中国药典2000年版标准,30 min溶出80%以上.结论为保证临床用药安全有效,应严格按照中国药典规定控制该产品的内在质量.

| Abstract: | AIM To determine the dissolution of lomefloxacin hydrochloride tablets from 4 demestic plants.METHODS The dissolution were acquired according to Chinese pharmacopeia(2000)with UV spectrophotometry in vitro.RESULTS The results indicated that all the samples were dissolved in 30 minutes and dissolution rate were over 80%.CONCLUSION It is necessary to control the dissolution of lomefloxacin hydrochloride tablets. |
