全破壁灵芝孢子治疗中老年男性部分雄激素缺乏症的临床研究

摘    要:探讨全破壁灵芝孢子治疗中老年男性部分雄激素缺乏症(PADAM)的疗效。【方法】采用随机数字表法将 138例诊断为PADAM患者随机分为2组。观察组(80例)给予口服全破壁灵芝孢子胶囊治疗,疗程3周;对照组给予外观相同的安慰剂治疗。观察两组的体能、血管舒缩症状、精神心理症状、性功能方面的PADAM自我评分情况,统计其总疗效,检测血睾酮(T)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,并观察不良反应情况。【结果】治疗3周后, 观察组患者的体能、血管舒缩症状、精神心理症状和性功能方面均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对照组改善不明显(P>0.05),两组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);观察组PADAM总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3周后,观察组患者的血T、SOD水平升高,MDA水平下降(与对照组比较,P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未发现明显不良反应。【结论】全破壁灵芝孢子胶囊能有效治疗PADAM,可能与其调节自由基代谢和提高机体性激素水平有关。

Effect of Sporoderm-broken Spores of Ganoderma Lucidum in the Treatment of Partial Androgen Deficiency of the Aging Male

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the effect of sporoderm-broken spores of Ganoderma Lucidum in the treatment of partial androgen deficiency of the aging male (PADAM) . [Methods] Random number table was used for the division of 138 PADAM cases. Sporoderm-broken Ganoderma Lucidum spores capsules were given orally to group A (n=80) and placebo to group B (n=58). The treatment course lasted 3 weeks. Self-scoring of physical ability, vasomotoricity, mental psychological state and sexual function was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Meanwhile, blood contents of testosterone (T), erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined and adverse reaction was observed. [Results] After a 3-week treatment, the scores of physical ability, vasomotoricity, mental psychological state and sexual function were decreased in group A (P<0.05 or P<0.01 as compared with those before treatment) . The effect was not obvious in group B (P > 0.05) and the difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01) . The therapeutic effect on PADAM in group A was better than that in group B (P < 0.05); blood contents of T and SOD increased and MDA content decreased in group A as compared with group B (P < 0.05) . No obvious adverse reaction was found in the two groups. [Conclusion] Sporoderm-broken Ganoderma Lucidum spores is effective for the treatment of PADAM, and the therapeutic mechanism may be related to the regulation of free radical metabolism and the increase of sexual hormone level.
