二仙益骨汤治疗去势大鼠骨质疏松症的实验研究

摘    要:为评价二仙益骨汤治疗去势大鼠骨质疏松症的疗效探讨其作用机理。取12周龄的雌性Wistar大鼠40只,其中30只打开腹腔去除双侧卵巢,另10只予以单纯打开腹腔不切除卵巢。分组饲养给药12周,测定骨密度、血清中骨钙素(BGP)、降钙素(CT)水平及骨生物力学指标。结果经过12周的二仙益骨汤水煎液灌胃治疗,明显提高了去势大鼠的骨密度、血清激素水平,并能改善治疗组大鼠的骨力学性能。表现二仙益骨汤对去势大鼠的骨质疏松症具有治疗作用,可提高骨密度值,改善骨的生物力学性能。推测其作用可能是通过改变体内激素水平来实现的。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect and mechanism of "ERXIANYIGU TANG"(EXYG,a TCD decoction for osteoporosis)for treating osteoporosis(OS) of ovariectomized rats,40 female Wistar rats were divided averagely into 4 groups: Group A(the model-control),Group B(the TCD-treated),Group C(the aD3 capsule-treated,) and Group D(the blank-control);three of the former were excised bilateral ovaries as to cause OS models;the bony mineral density(BMD),bony mineral contents(BMC) such as Ca and phosphorous,the level of BGP and CT,indicators of bony biomechanics were measured after 12 weeks of operation.The results showed that the BMP and BMC of Group A was significantly reduced compared with those of the others(P<0.01),bony biomechanical properties of group B was increased significantly than group A(P<0.05) for CT,so as was the femur withstood in three-point bending test(P<0.01),and the other biomechanical parameters also inclined,suggesting EXYG has a good function to prevent bony loss and increase bony biomechanical indicators of osteoporosis rats,and high level secretion of CT maybe play important roles in the mechanism of osteoporosis treated.
