46例改良腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的围术期护理体会

目的:探讨改良腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围手术期护理和疗效观察。方法:46例患者施行了改良腹腔镜胆囊切除术。术前对患者施行健康宣教、心理护理和皮肤、呼吸道的准备;术后密切观察患者生命体征变化、注意保护引流管,严密监测并防止并发症的发生。结果:所有患者均痊愈出院,没有出血、皮下气肿、腹腔或切口感染等并发症。结论:围手术期的全面而精细的护理是确保手术成功、促进病人早日康复和提高生活质量的关键。

Preoperative Nursing of 46 Patients Undergoing Modified Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and preoperative nursing of modified laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method: All 46 patients were treated with modified laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The nursing measures including mental nursing,healthy education and the preparation of skin and respiratory was done.After operation the authors observed the vital signs tensely,took care of catheters,monitored and prevented the complication closely.Result: All cases were cured without any complication such as hemorrhage,subcutaneous venis and celiac or surgical site infection.Conclusion: All of such nursing measures is the key factor of ensuring the success of operation,making patients recovery earlier and improving life quality.
