信息系统在医院特殊级使用抗菌药物管理中的作用

目的：加强特殊级抗菌药物管理，规范特殊级抗菌药物使用流程，降低特殊级抗菌药使用量，促进特殊级抗菌药物合理使用。方法：以HIS为基础，开发抗菌药物级别管理、医生权限管理、特殊级抗菌药物使用会诊流程管理等系统功能，提供给管理部门实时的多角度监控管理系统。结果：经过信息系统的干预，住院患者特殊级抗菌药物使用率由11.58%降低到6.4%（2011年vs 2015年）（P<0.01）。抗菌药物使用金额比由52.42%降低到39.74%（2011年vs 2015年）（P<0.01）。除呼吸科、感染科和ICU以外科室使用特殊级抗菌药物会诊率为100%，使用特殊级抗菌药物会诊量占全院会诊总量的百分比由干预前的4.44%提高到12.25%。结论：利用信息化手段，在一定程度上减少了特殊级抗菌药的使用，减少了管理人员工作量，提高了工作效率，促进了特殊级抗菌药的合理使用。

Effects of information system on managing the special class of antibacterial medicine in hospital

OBJECTIVE To strengthen management of special class antibacterial drugs,standardize use flow of special class antibacterial drugs,and reduce doses of special class antibacterial drugs,thereby promoting rational use of special class antibacterial drugs.METHODS Based on HIS system,class management of antimicrobial agents,rights management of doctors,use and consultation process management of special class antibacterial drugs and other system functions were developed,to provide administrative departments with a real-time and multi-angle monitoring management system.RESULTS Interfered with information system,use rate of special class antibacterial drugs in inpatients reduced from 11.58% to 6.4% (2011 vs.2015) (P<0.01).Cost ratio of antibacterial drugs decreased from 52.42% to 39.74% (2011 vs.2015) (P<0.01).Except respiratory wards,infections department and ICU,rate of consultation using special class of antibacterial drugs was 100% in all departments,its percentage in total hospital consultation increased from 4.44% (pre-intervention) to 12.25%.CONCLUSION Application of information-based means,to a certain extent,reduces use of special class antibacterial drugs,decreases workload of administrators,increases work efficiency and promotes rational use of special class antibacterial drugs.
