| 摘 要： | 目的：对枸橘的提取工艺进行优选。方法：以乙醇浓度、提取时间、溶剂倍数为考察因素，枸橘苷、欧前胡素的转移率为评价指标，运用正交试验优化提取的最佳工艺条件，同时用方差分析对其进行评价。结果：枸橘最佳提取工艺条件为70%乙醇溶液提取两次，第1次6倍量，提取60 min，第2次4倍量，提取45 min。结论：优选出的提取工艺简单、科学、合理，为枸橘的开发利用奠定基础。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction process of Poncirus trifoliata(L.) Raf. METHODS Orthogonal design was used to observe and study effects of factors of ethanol concentration,extracting time,solvent multiples for Poncirus trifoliata(L.) Raf,poncirin and imperatorin yield as inspection index,and analysis of variance was used to evaluate the performance. RESULTS Optimum extraction process was as follows:Poncirus trifoliata(L.) Raf.was extracted with 70% alcohol for two times,first with six times of volume,60 minutes for extraction,second with four times of volume,45 minutes for extraction. CONCLUSION This optimum extraction process is scientific,reasonable and stable,and lay a foundation for development and utilization of Poncirus trifoliata(L.) Raf. |
