摘    要:目的:优化肿节风提取工艺,建立肿节风配方颗粒特征图谱标准。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计安排提取实验,采用高效液相色谱法测定10批肿节风配方颗粒,并运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统进行数据处理。结果:肿节风提取最佳工艺为加8倍量水、加热煎煮3次,每次1 h。异嗪皮啶转移率可达80%,迷迭香酸转移率可达50%;建立了肿节风配方颗粒的特征图谱,标示出6个共有峰,以峰4为S峰,各峰与其相对保留时间为0.32(峰1)、0.51(峰2)、0.56(峰3)、1.00(峰4)、1.08(峰5)、1.30(峰6)。结论:肿节风提取工艺合理,高效液相色谱法准确、稳定、可靠,可用于特征鉴别肿节风配方颗粒的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction process of Sarcandra glabra, set up quality standard of granular characteristics of Sarcandra glabra dispensing granules.METHODS Orthogonal design L9 (34) was adopted to arrange extraction experiment, high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine 10 batches of Sarcandra glabra dispensing granules. TCM chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system was used for data processing.RESULTS The best extraction process of Sarcandra glabra:8 times of water, heating and decocting for 3 times, 1 hour each time. Transfer rate was up to 80% for isofraxidin, up to 50% for rosmarinic acid. Characteristic chromatograms were established for Sarcandra glabra dispensing granules, 6 common peaks were marked, and relative retention time of each peak was 0.32 (peak 1), 0.51 (peak 2), 0.56 (peak 3), 1 (peak 4), 1.08 (peak 5), 1.30 (peak 6) with characteristic peak 4 as the reference peak.CONCLUSION Sarcandra glabra extraction process is reasonable. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is accurate, stable and reliable, and can be used for quality identification of Sarcandra glabra dispensing granules.
