牙周基础治疗对扁平苔藓患者血清中OPN和IL-17水平的影响

目的:观察扁平苔藓患者经牙周基础治疗前后外周血中OPN和IL-17水平、牙周状态、扁平苔藓临床疗效的变化,探讨牙周基础治疗在扁平苔藓治疗过程中的作用。方法:选取哈尔滨医科大学附属二院60例伴有牙周炎的糜烂型扁平苔藓患者,随机分为两组,其中实验组30例进行牙周治疗联合药物治疗,对照组30例使用药物治疗。用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELLSA)检测治疗前后扁平苔藓患者血清中OPN和IL-17的表达水平,分析各实验组细胞因子表达的差异。结果:两组患者血清中的IL-17和OPN表达水平与治疗前相比下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,实验组IL-17和OPN表达水平下降趋势较对照组明显,差异具有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论:有效的牙周基础治疗在临床扁平苔藓治疗中起到了积极作用。

Effect of Initial Periodontal Therapy on the Serum OPN and IL-17 Levels in Subjects with Oral lichen Planus.

Objective: To investigate the effect of periodontal basic treatment on peripheral blood levels of OPN and IL-17 in oral lichen planus (OLP) patients. Methods: Sixty OLP with periodontitis in the second affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (30 cases) received periodontal treatment combined with medications and the control group (30 cases) received drug therapy only. The serum levels of OPN and IL-17 were determined before and after periodontal treatment by ELISA. Results: The serum levels of OPN and IL-17 after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups. The experimental group showed significantly lower OPN and IL-17 levels than the control group after treatment. Conclusion: Periodontal basic treatment was beneficial to the OLP therapy.
