星点设计-效应面法优化超声提取丁香叶中紫丁香苷的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:为探讨和优化超声提取丁香叶中紫丁香苷的超声提取工艺条件。方法:使用超声波机器提取丁香叶中的紫丁香苷,以紫丁香苷的提取率为指标,研究提取时间、提取温度、料液比等单因素对提取结果的影响,并利用星点设计-效应面法进行三因素五水平的效应面分析,对提取条件进行优化。结果:超声提取丁香叶中紫丁香苷的最优工艺为:提取时间75 min、提取温度52.74℃、料液比56.84:1(mL·g-1),在此条件下得到的紫丁香苷提取率为2.796 mg·g-1结论:本文利用星点设计-效应面法优化得到的工艺简单、有效,精确度较高,结果可靠。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize syringin extraction from Folium syringae by ultrasonic extraction method. METHODS Ultrasonic equipment was used to extract syringin in Folium syringae, with extraction rate as the parameter, to investigate effects of single factors including ultrasonic time, extraction temperature and the liquid-solid ratio on extraction results. Response surface method (RSM) was designed for three star factors and five levels to optimize the extraction conditions. RESULTS The ultrasonic time was 75 min, the extraction temperature was 52.74℃, and the liquid-solid ratio was 56.84:1 (mL·g-1), and the experimental yield was 2.796 mg·g-1. CONCLUSION CCD-RSM used to optimize syingin extraction from Folium syringae is simple and effective, accurate and reliable.
