| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）是临床上最常见的呼吸系统慢性疾病。发病机制、临床症状和药物治疗均有相似之处，也存在较大差异。本文通过对国内外哮喘和COPD最新版指南的阅读，分析比较了两者治疗药物以及长期治疗方案的异同。

| Abstract: | Bronchial asthma and COPD are both the most common chronic respiratory diseases with many similarities and differences in pathogenesis,symptoms and pharmacotherapy between them.The latest guidelines of asthma and COPD are reviewed in this article and the pharmacotherapies of both are analyzed and compared. |
