宽QRS波及心脏运动不同步与慢性心力衰竭的相关性

目的探讨宽QRS波和心脏运动不同步与慢性心力衰竭的相关性。方法选取71例心电图检查为QRS波增宽的患者作为研究对象，再根据超声心动图结果分两组，即LVEF≤45%、LVFS≤25%（心衰组）25例和LVEF>45%、LVFS>25%（心功能正常或轻度受损组）46 例，分析两研究组的左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室短轴缩短率（LVFS）与心脏运动不同步及QRS时长之间的关系。结果经统计学分析，心衰组（LVEF≤45%、LVFS≤25%）心脏运动不同步及QRS时限与心功能正常或轻度受损组（LVEF>45%、LVFS>25%）的结果存在显著差异（P<0.01）。结论心脏运动不同步及QRS>140 ms同时存在时可以作为评价慢性心力衰竭的一个良好指标，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Wide QRS wave and heart movement out of sync with chronic heart failure correlation studies

Objective To study the wide QRS wave and heart are not synchronized movement in the value of chronic heart failure. Methods We choosed 71 cases of ecg examination for patients with wide QRS wave, according to the supersonic and enchanted the graph is divided into two groups, namely, 25 cases LVEF≤45%, LVFS ≤25% (heart failure group) and 46 cases LVEF >45%, LVFS >25% (cardiac function or mild damage to normal group), analysis of two groups of patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular shortening fraction (LVFS) short axis with heart not synchronous movement and the relationship between QRS duration. Results After statistics analysis, the heart failure group (LVEF≤45%, LVFS≤25%) or less heart not synchronous movement and QRS duration and cardiac function in normal or slight damage group (LVEF>45%, LVFS>25%) of the results there were significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusions Cardiac motion is not synchronous and QRS>140 ms exist at the same time can use as a good indicator to evaluation of chronic heart failure, has important clinical value.
