2014年上海市医用X射线影像诊断机性能检测结果分析与评价

摘    要:目的 了解上海市医用X射线影像诊断机的影像质量控制现状,确保公众医疗安全。方法 按照国家现行卫生行业标准的有关内容进行检测和评价,并进行统计学分析。结果 116台医用X射线影像诊断机质量控制检测总体合格率为81.03%,其中普通透视机的合格率最高,为100%;其次为数字摄影机和数字胃肠机,合格率分别为85.71%和87.50%;合格率最低的是普通摄影机,仅为50%,明显低于数字摄影机(χ2=9.506,P=0.001)及数字胃肠机(χ2=5.625,P=0.018)。结论 上海市医用X射线影像诊断机总体运行状况良好,但仍需加强影像质量控制检测和管理,以保护受检者的安全与健康。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current situation of image quality control of medical diagnostic X-ray equipment in Shanghai, to ensure medical safety of the public.Methods The detection and evaluation were performed according to the current health industry standard in China. The data were statistically analyzed.Results Totally there were 116 medical diagnostic X-ray equipments in the sampling. The total qualified rate of image quality control was 81.03%. However, there was a great differences in qualified rate in different sub-groups of medical diagnostic X-ray equipment. The highest qualified rate was 100% in common X-ray imagescope, while the qualified rate of digital X-ray photographs and digital gastrointestinal machine was 85.71% and 87.50% respectively. And common X-ray photographs had a lowest rate of 50%, significantly lower than the former two.Conclusion The operation status of medical diagnostic X-ray equipment in Shanghai is satisfactory, but the detection and management of imaging quality control of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment should be strengthened so as to protect the safety and health of patients.
