陕西省医疗机构药师慕课式规范化培训需求的调查分析

目的：掌握陕西省医院药师开展培训考核的现状,并结合新兴起的“慕课”式教学模式,首次提出将慕课元素融入医院药师职业培训中,提高医院药师规范化培训的质量和效率。方法：本次研究采用问卷调查的方法,对陕西省内44家医院632名药师进行问卷发放、收回,数据整理,并导入SPASS18.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果：药师培训考核工作开展的频次较高,药师参加培训的积极性也较高,但有69%的药师未能参加培训的原因是与工作时间冲突;不同年资、职务、岗位的药师对培训内容的需求存在显著性差异。结论：药师规范化培训应分岗、分级进行,培训方案、课程制作应与慕课接轨,使不同地域、不同等级的医院药师更便捷、高质地参加规范化培训。

Investigation and analysis of demand of standardized training based on MOOC among pharmacists from medical institutions in Shaanxi province

OBJECTIVE To understand the status quo of training and examination of pharmacists from hospitals in Shaanxi province,by combining emerged "Mooc" teaching model,to firstly propose to fuse "Mooc" elements into hospital pharmacist vocational training,thus improve quality and efficiency of standardized training of hospital pharmacists.METHODS This study used questionnaire survey to investigate 632 pharmacists of 44 hospitals in Shaanxi province,and adopted Spss18.0 statistical software for data analysis.RESULTS Frequency of pharmacist training and examination was high and pharmacists had high enthusiasm for training.Confliction with working hours was the reason for 69 percent of failure for training.Significant differences in demand for training contents were observed in pharmacists with different working years,duties and posts.CONCLUSION Standardized training for pharmacists should be divided by post and grade.Training programs and courses should be connected with "Mooc" to help hospital pharmacists of different regions and levels to more conveniently participate high quality standardized training.
