摘    要:目的:优选狗肝菜多糖颗粒剂的最佳成型工艺条件。方法:以颗粒成型率、流动性与溶化性为考察指标,分别用单因素试验和正交试验优选颗粒剂处方中所用辅料(填充剂与黏合剂)的种类及其用量,并对制得的颗粒剂进行质量检查。结果:最佳成型工艺条件为狗肝菜多糖-甘露醇-3%HPMC水溶液=1:2.5:0.035,所制得的颗粒剂粒度、流动性与溶化性等项目检查都符合《中国药典》要求。结论:优选出的狗肝菜多糖颗粒剂成型工艺可行,可为进一步工业化生产提供参考和依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the forming process of granules of polysaccharides from Dicliptera chinensis (L.) Juss. (DCP). METHODS The forming process of granules of DCP was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test taking the formability, flowablity and dissolubility as the indicators, and the quality of granules of DCP was examined. RESULTS The optimal condition was as follows-DCP-mannitol-3%HPMC aqueous solution=1:2.5:0.035. The granularity, flowablity, dissolubility, moisture and hydroscopicity of obtained granules were all in line with the demand of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. CONCLUSION The optimal condition is feasible, and can provide basis for the industrialized large-scale production.
