摘    要:目的探讨贵州省汉族,苗族和布衣族成年男性血尿酸水平与MS,IL-1β的关系.方法:通过分层随机抽样方法从贵州少数民族地区某医院进行健康体检的男性成人中抽取汉族300人,苗族300人和布依族200人,分别检测一般身体指标及生化指标,采用ELISA法检测IL-1β.结果:1)MS的检出率在汉,苗和布依族之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但MS的检出率在HUA组高于SUA水平正常组(P<0.05),Logistic 回归结果提示,汉族高TG血症与HUA有关,苗族肥胖和高TG血症与HUA有关,布依族高血压和高TG血症与HUA有关.2)IL-1β水平在汉,苗和布依族调查对象间差异有显著意义(P<0.05),且在HUA组高于SUA水平正常组(P<0.05);多重线性回归模型也提示,汉,苗和布依族SUA对IL-1β影响较大.结论:SUA水平与MS,IL-1β密切相关,控制SUA水平对减少MS等多种代谢异常的发生发展可能有积极作用.

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study is to probe the relationship between serum uric acid levels and metabolic syndrome and IL-1β among Han, Miao and Buyi nationality adult males in Guizhou. Methods Totally 300 Han male adults , 300 Mao male adults and 200 Buyi male adult were recruited from a hospital's health examina-tion center in minority areas of Guizhou by stratified random sampling method. The general physical and biochemical indicators were measured. Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) is detected by ELISA . Results 1) The difference of detection rate of MS was not statistically significant among the Han, Miao and Buyi, but the detection rate of MS in HUA group were higher than the normal levels of SUA group (P <0.05). Logistic regression results suggested that high TG hyperlipidemia were associated with HUA in the Han population,obesity and high TG hyperlipidemia were associated with HUA in the Miao population,hypertension and high TG hyperlipidemia were associated with HUA in the Buyi population. 2) The levels of IL-1β in the Han, Miao and Buyi were different (P <0.05), and the levels of IL-1β in HUA group were higher than the normal levels of SUA group (P <0.05). The multiple linear regression model also suggested that the levels of SUA have a greater impact on IL-1β among the Han, Miao and Buyi. Conclusion The levels of SUA was closely associated with metabolic syndrome and IL-1β, and there may be a positive role to reduce the development of MS and the variety of metabolic abnormalities by controlled the levels of SUA.
