寻常型银屑病患者外周血中白介素-35表达水平的检测

目的：检测寻常性银屑病患者外周血中白细胞介素35（IL-35）水平。方法：应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测30例寻常型银屑病患者外周血清中IL-35的水平。结果：与正常人对照组相比，寻常型银屑病患者血浆IL-35 水平显著降低，进行期患者组显著低于静止期患者组(P<0.05)。IL-35 血清水平与寻常型银屑病严重程度指数有相关性（正相关还是负相关？）（P<0.05）。结论：IL-35在寻常型银屑病的发病中可能起重要作用。

Detection of interleukin-35 in serum of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris.

Objective: To detect serum level of IL-35 in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: Serum level of IL-35 was measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Results: The serum level of IL-35 was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P<0.01), and there was significant difference between the active stage and the resting stage of the disease (P<0.05). The serum level of IL-35 was positively or negatively? associated with PASI score. Conclusion: The IL-35 may play an important rale in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
