摘    要:从技术评价角度,回顾和总结了中药新药的发展历程,分析了中药新药在中医药治疗领域中的地位和作用,阐述了现阶段中药新药的临床优势与特色,以及制定中药新药管理与评价的基本原则。同时提出了目前影响体现中药新药临床优势与特色所面临的几个现实性问题,以期共同探讨中药新药管理与技术评价中如何更好地体现中医药优势和特色,传承和发扬中医药,推进中药新药研发与评价的发展。

Abstract:Base on the view point of evaluation,this article reviews and summarizes development process of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine,confirms position and function of new drugs of traditional Chinese medi- cine on treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,elaborates clinical advantages and characters of new drugs on cur- rent stage and the fundamental principle which is used to establish administration and evaluation of new drugs of tra- ditional Chinese medicine.Meanwhile,this article raises some practical problems which affects the reflection of clin- ical advantages and characters of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine at present,in order to discuss how to re- flect the advantages and characters of traditional Chinese medicine better,how to inherit and develop traditional Chi- nese medicine and how to promote the development and evaluation of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine in the administration and technical evaluation of it.
