| 摘 要： | 后交叉韧带是维持膝关节稳定的重要结构,损伤后宜早期干预,才能减少并发症的发生并提高治疗效果。而关节镜下重建后交叉韧带是现有技术水平上最为理想的选择。本文就国内现有的应用较多的关节镜下后交叉韧带的重建术式、不同重建材料及重建固定技术进行总结和疗效比较。

| Abstract: | Injuries of the posterior cruciate ligament(PCL), an important structure to maintain the stability of knee joints, require early interventions to curb complications and improve effects of treatment. The reconstruction of PCL under arthroscopy is the best choice at the existing technological level. The major reconstruction methods. The materials and fixation skills of PCL reconstruction under arthroscopy in China are summarized in this article. |
