| 摘 要： | １９８９～１９９０年我所应用自采的河南省叶下珠（ｐｈｙｌｌａｎｔｈｕｓｎｉｒｕｎａｒｉａＬ）、海南省叶下珠（ｐｈｙｌｌａｎｔｈｕｓｎｉｒｕｒｉＬ）以及由印度Ｔｈｙａｇａｒａｊａｎ提供的叶下珠（ｐｈｙｌｌａｎｔｈｕｓａｍａｒｕｓＬ）治疗乙型肝炎患者分别为３５例、４２例及１１例。结果ｐｈｙｌｌａｎｔｈｕｓｎｉｒｕｎａｒｉａＬ组对ＨＢｅＡｇ有转阴作用，对ＨＢｅＡｂ有转阳作用，其余两种皆无这种作用。上述三种对ＨＢｓＡｇ转阴皆无作用，与文献报道ｐｈｙｌ－ｌａｎｔｈｕｓａｍａｒｕｓＬ治疗乙型肝炎患者３０天有５９％（２２／３７）的患者ＨＢｓＡｇ可转阴的结果完全不一致，而与Ｌｅｅｌａｒａｓａｍｅｅ［６］及ＲａｍｅｓｈＲａｊａｇｏｐａｌ［７］的报道一致。

| Abstract: | The efficacy of Phyllanthus Amarus L presented by Thyagarajan SP, Indiabased on an agreement,Phyllanthus niruri L gathered from Hainan Province,and Phyllanthus nirunaria L from Henan Province was assessed in a total off 88 cases of chronic hepatitis Bwith 11,42 and 35 each,It was shown that Phyllanthus niruni L. had both the effect of sero-convertion on HBeAg from positive to negative and that on HBeAb from negative to positiveand the other two herbs not.In addition,no one had the effect of seroeonvertion on HBsAg. |
