河南省十五市、县食管癌死亡率分析

本文报告了河南省１５个抽样市县食管癌死亡率流行特征及其时间变动趋势。河南省是全国食管癌高发区之一，年平均死亡率为３２．０４／１０万，标化率为２５．９９／１０万。男女性比例为１．４３：１。男女两性４５岁以上食管癌死亡均占９５％以上。我省食管癌具有明显的地理分布特征。时间趋势分析表明，食管癌死亡率水平呈相对稳定状态。需进一步研究观察。

THE ANALYSLS OF MORTALITY RATE FROM ESOPHAGEAL CANCER IN HENAN''''s 15 CITIES AND COUNTIES

From registered reports of inhabitant death cause, data for malignant tumordeath were collected,which play an important role on studies of cancer epidemiology,and alsoreflect on distribution characteristics of cancer in time,district,and frequency among peoplegroup.Epidemic feature and time tendency of change of mortality rate from esophageal cancerin Henan's 15 cities and counties were reported in this paper. Henan province is one of high-incidence areas for esophageal cancer in china,and average mortality rate of esophageal can-cer was 25.99/100000,proportion of male to female was 1.43 :1.People whose death causedby esophageal cancer at the age of over 45 years both male and female accounted for morethan 95%.Esophageal cancer has a remarkable geographic distribution feature in Henan.Analysis of time tendency of showed that death yate of esophageal cancer still hold relativelystable,and further study should be involved.
