| 摘 要： | 18例脑血管畸形引起的颅内出血，平均年龄24．1岁，以头痛、颅内出血为主要症状，个别有癫痫。CT检查发现16例有明显占位效应的颅内血肿，CAG检查不易发现小型血管畸形．13例手术治疗。作者叙述了该病的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | 18 cases of youth intracranial hemorrihage caused by vascular malformations of the brain, the average age of 24. 1 years old, are collected. Headache and intracrand1 hemorrihage are the main syirptoms in all the cases, epilepsy appears in one of the cases. 16 cases have the intracranial hematoma of the evident volume effect by CT exatnination. The little vascular malformation is hard to find by CAG. 13 cases have been operated. The treatment on this case is studied. |
