| 摘 要： | 为88例帕金森氏综合征患者进行脑立体定向术98次,选V.o.p和V.im作为靶点各作49次手术,随访2～4年,V.im的疗效较V.o.p佳。作深部脑肿瘤活检20例,颅内子弹摘除术9例。3例颞叶癫痫,以立体定向破坏杏仁核内侧,症状改善。4例扭转痉挛,立体定向破坏V.o.a后,症状明显改善。

| Abstract: | 88 patients with Parkinson's disease were operated upon. V.o.p. and V.im nuclei were taken as the target 49 times for each. The immediate and long-term results, 2~4 years follow-up, showed that the target V. im nucleus was more ef- fective than target V.o.p. nucleus. With the help of the stereotactic apparatus the biopsies for deep-seated brain tumors were performed in 20 cases, intracranial bullets were removed in 9 cases. Three cases of temporal lobe epilepsy underwent stereotactic medial amygdalotomy and revealed improvement. Four cases of torsion spasm underwent V.o.a. thala- motomy, also revealed much improvement. |
