| 摘 要： | 目的：研究脑出血患者急性期血糖的变化特点及其临床意义。方法：70例脑出血患者根据病情分为意识障碍组和无意识障碍组,在发病48小时内检测血糖,以89名同期健康体检者为对照组。结果：脑出血患者急性期出现应激性血糖增高,意识障碍患者血糖高于无意识障碍患者。结论：脑出血患者急性期血糖明显增高,检测其血糖变化可以作为判断病情和预后的指标之一。
