运用SWOT分析方法规划健康体检中心的发展策略

目的探讨运用SWOT分析方法,深入优化健康体检中心服务。方法运用SWOT方法,结合作者医院的实际情况,对目前医院优化健康体检中心的内部条件(有利条件、不足之处)和外部环境(外部机遇、挑战)进行综合分析。结果健康体检中心机遇和挑战并存,有必要充分抓住机遇,迎接挑战,深入优化体检中心服务。结论深入优化健康体检中心应该转换观念,以人为本,完善机构及制度管理,规范服务,提高技术,改善服务,放眼社区,拓展业务。

USING THE SWOT ANALYSIS TO LAYOUT THE DEVELOPING STRATEGY OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION CENTER

Objective How SWOT analysis optimized medical examination center was investigated.Methods Considering our nosocomial practical condition,we made use of SWOT system to aggregate analysis of the internal conditions(advantages and insufficience) of optimized medical examination center,and the external conditions(chance element and challenge).Results Both chance element and challenge were in medical examination center,we’d better get hold of chance element and to welcome challenge,and then optimize the service of medical examination center.Conclusion When medical examination center was optimized,concepts should be transformed,organization and systems be consummated,service be standard,technique be enhancement,service be improved,community will be the objective.
