| 摘 要： | 在放射治疗中照射过度和照射不足均可能对患者产生严重甚至致命的后果.随着放射治疗技术的日益广泛应用,如果不采取有效预防措施,预计事故发生率将会增加.本文讨论了放射治疗中事故性医疗照射的概念、起因、预防和调查措施,旨在为制定相应的国家审管政策和标准提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | Overdosage as well as underdosage may have severe or even fatal consequences for patients undergoing radiotherapy. Radiotherapy is increasing worldwide and accidents may be expected to increase in frequency, if preventive measures are not taken. The concept, causes and measures for prevention and investigation of accidental medical exposure in the practice of are discussed, aiming to provide scientific basis for developing relevant regulatory policies and standards in national level. |
