| 摘 要： | 目的研究复方当归欣脑胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响.方法复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,以脑含水量、脑指数及脑组织钙(Ca)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(N0)为观察指标.结果复方当归欣脑胶囊能减轻大鼠脑缺血再灌注后自由基损伤,增强SOD活力,减轻Ca超载和脑水肿的形成.结论复方当归欣脑胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Angica Xinnao Capsule compound on encephalon anoxemia-reperfusion injury of rats. Method Using the encephalon anoxemia-veperfusion injuried rats as the model to observe the indexes-water content in the encephalon, encephalon index, encephalon tissue Ca, SOD, MDA, NO. Results Angeica Xinnao capsule compound can relieve the free radial injury, increase the SOD and decrease the Ca overfreight. It can also help to prevent the formation of hydrocaphalus after encephalon anoxemia-veperfusion injury. Conclusion Angeica Xinnao capsule compound has obviously protective action to encephalon anoxemia-veperfusion injury of rats. |
