儿童鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术综合治疗的远期疗效探讨

目的 探讨接受内镜鼻窦手术的儿童鼻窦炎患者的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素.方法 通过对79例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行鼻内镜手术回顾性研究.结果 治愈60例,占75%,好转16例,占20%,无效3例,占5%.术后头痛缓解率94%,其次为鼻塞缓解85%,脓涕缓解60%,术后症状完全缓解65%,部分缓解28%.总有效率为93%,2例接受再手术.结论 儿童慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉内镜手术远期疗效满意,应重视术中贴膜合理取舍和处理中鼻甲.综合治疗可以提高儿童鼻内镜手术的成功率.

Exploration of long-dated effects of integrative therapy in endoscopic surgery for treating children with nasal sinusitis

Objective To explore the long-dated effects of integrative therapy in endoscopic surgery for treating children with nasal sinusitis.Methods The clinical data of 79 children who suffered chronic sinusitis and nasal polypus and accepted nosepiece operation on nasal sinus were analyzed retrospectively.Results 60 children were cured(75%),16 were improved(20%),3 were ineffective.After the operation,the lenitive rate of headache was 94%,rhinocleisis catabatic rate was 85%,and pus nasal discharge was 60%.65% of the children were complete remissive,28% were partly remissive.Total effective rate was 93% and 2 children received the second operation.Conclusions In children with nasal sinusitis,the long-dated effects of integrative therapy in endoscopic surgery is satisfactory.We must attach importance to the reasonable option of mucosa during operation and the disposal of the concha nasalis media.The integrative therapy can increase the success rate of nasal endoscopic surgery of children.
