加速康复外科理念在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用体会

目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术（1aparoscopic appendectomy，LA）中应用加速康复外科（fast track surgery，VFS）理念的可行性。方法：将2012年5月至2013年7月收治的67例LA患者随机分为FTS组与传统IJA组，对比两组患者术后排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间及住院时间、住院费用、并发症等指标。结果：FTS组术后恢复时间、术后住院时间明显缩短（P〈0．05），住院费用显著降低（P〈0．05）。两组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：LA术中应用FTS理念可加速患者术后康复，降低住院费用，安全、经济、有效，值得进一步推广。

The use of fast track surgery concept in laparoscopic appendectomy

Objective： To explore the feasibility of using fast track surgery （FTS） concept in laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods ：From May 2012 to Jul. 2013,67 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy were randomly divided into two groups： FTS group and traditional group. Outcomes were assessed by postoperative recovery time （first exhaust, eating, out-of-bed activity ） , postoperative hospital stay, hospitalization costs and postoperative complications. Results：Compared to traditional group, the postoperative recovery time and hospital stay of FTS group were shorter （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the hospitalization costs of FTS group was fewer （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The postoperative complications were of no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Postoperative recovery time is shorter and hospitalization costs is fewer in laparoscopic appendectomy with FTS compared to traditional group. Using FTS concept in laparoscopic appendectomy is safe, economic and effective,is worth further popularization.
