临床护理路径在支原体肺炎患儿中的应用

目的 探讨临床护理路径在支原体肺炎患儿中的应用.方法 将收治的116例支原体肺炎的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各58例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径.出院时,对两组护理效果进行评价.结果 观察组临床症状体征（发热、咳嗽、肺部罗音）消失的时间、住院的天数及住院的费用均少于对照组（分别为4.258,5.786,3.356,2.565,7.463;P均＜0.05）.健康教育知晓率、护理质量满意度均高于对照组（x2分别为5.946,8.340;P＜0.05）.结论 临床护理路径可缩短支原体肺炎患儿的住院时间,减少住院费用,提高患儿及家属的满意度.

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway to the Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To discuss appication of clinical nursing pathway （ CNP） to the children patients with Myco- plasma pneumonia Methods 116 children patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were divided into the observation group and the control group 58 children patients in each group. The con- trol group was given conventional nursing while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. The efficien- cy of nursing care in the two groups was evaluated when the children patients were discharged from hospital. Results The time of symptoms and signs disappear, the hospital days and expenses in the observation group were shorter and low- er than those in the control group （t=4.258, t=5. 786,t=3.356, t=2.565, t=7.463; P〈O.05）. The awareness rate of health ed- ucation content, satisfaction degree with nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ X 2=5.946, X 2=8.340;P〈0.05）. Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway for chidren with Mycoplasma pneumonia can shorten hospitazation days, reduce hispitazation cost and improve the satisfaction degree of children and their families.
